Yes, ID Data Wipe gives you the opportunity to permanently delete files on your computer without anyone else being able to recover your files. To do this, select the “delete with wiping” option, and add files or folders to the list. Then press the “remove” button for a complete wipe of that file.

ID Data Wipe allows you to gain space on your hard disk by wiping and cleaning the free space on your computer. In order to do that, go to “wipe free space” section on the main menu and select the partition you want to clean. Then press “clean free space”.
